BD Tools Zone Refund Policy
BD Tools Zone is a group buy service: accounts are shared between multiple members and individual accounts are not provided. This policy explains when a refund applies.
When a refund applies
- A refund applies only if a tool remains unavailable for more than 7 days.
When no refund is given
- No refund for misuse or temporary issues.
- No refund for banned accounts. Violating the rules may result in a permanent ban.
Rules that can lead to a ban (and therefore no refund)
- Account sharing: accounts are for personal use only. Reselling, changing the password or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited. If detected, your account is permanently banned without notice and no refund is issued.
- VPN, proxy and RDP: not allowed and may result in permanent suspension.
- Dynamic IPs: allowed, but your IP should generally match your usual city or location.
- Office and home: using the same account across different locations is not allowed. Separate accounts are required.
